Job Title: Creative/ Brand Manager
Location: Chelsea, London
Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Creative & Brand Manager to join us in Chelsea and take ownership of how Arch4 looks, feels, and moves across every channel. This is a hands-on, in-person role — equal parts creative direction, content production, and operational precision. The candidate will manage photoshoot and edit assets, manage our PR sample process and support campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Shoot and edit product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content in-house using Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
- Repurpose shoot assets intelligently — turning a single session into posts, reels, stories, and email imagery
- Design graphics for social media and email campaigns, maintaining visual consistency with the brand

PR & Samples
- Manage inbound PR sample requests from press and designers — tracking, dispatch, and follow-up
- Maintain a clean, current PR contact list and sample tracker
Marketing Campaign Support
- Support campaign execution: scheduling, asset preparation, and basic reporting
- Help maintain our email and social calendars alongside the wider team's strategic direction
What We're Looking For
- Proven Adobe Suite skills — Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom
- A strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine understanding of what luxury looks
- Experience in creating content for a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand (agency or in-house)
- Highly organised, self-directed, and reliable with no task too small
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A collaborative, low-ego approach — we are a small team and everyone contributes
