About The Role

Role Details

We are looking to meet Creatives & Creative Directors at all levels for potential future roles within our teams. This role is a key pillar in our multidimensional design work offering concept and narrative/storytelling direction to the interdisciplinary team. We have some great long-term relationships, but as our portfolio grows we're looking to build our networks and meet new collaborators that can co-deliver our next stage of projects.

We're interested to hear from people who work in project specific contracts, freelance contracts and those interested in joining the core team permanently in the future. To manage expectations we are looking to connect with people who have previously worked as Creatives & Creative Directors on Design based projects and those who can evidence experience collaborating directly with Designers across specialisms. You will be able to work regularly within London - we're unable to consider applications from those working remotely for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with the cross-disciplinary Design & Producing teams to transform ideas into high-quality, multidimensional experiences.
  • Attend client meetings, interpret briefs, build strong narratives and help shape achievable creative visions for a wide range of project contexts, including (but not limited to) creative treatments, storyboards, script writing, brief decks and style frames.
  • Be comfortable leading areas of projects and/or teams from conception through to execution, ensuring the creative vision meets the client brief, aligns with project objectives and sustains our internal high standards.
  • Work with Producers to manage timelines and project evaluation.
  • Create presentation materials for existing projects and new business as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
