Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Kathinka first joined Mørenot as an intern in 2023, working with product catalogues, market analysis, design, and communication.
  • After completing her internship, she was offered the opportunity to continue, this time with substantial responsibility for marketing within Mørenot Fishery.

“I experience a high level of trust in my role, which enables me to make informed decisions on behalf of the company. The variety of tasks allows me to grow, and ensures that I’m never bored,” Kathinka says.

Since taking on a broader role following her studies, Mørenot Fishery has strengthened its digital visibility, particularly through increased activity and engagement across social media.

Learning the industry — while helping strengthen it

Even though she entered the fisheries sector with limited prior knowledge, Kathinka sees this as an advantage.

“The industry is incredibly exciting. I learn something new every day — and that curiosity helps me ask the right questions.”
