We have an established network and existing clients generating consistent opportunities from day one, meaning you won't be building from scratch.
The Role
As a Creator Agent at Decision, you'll be responsible for scouting and signing your own roster of creators, managing their careers and securing brand and label deals on their behalf. We handle all the admin, invoicing, statements and payments, so your only focus is finding great talent and making them money.

What You'll Do
- Scout & Sign: Find and sign emerging and established creators with real growth potential
- Manage & Grow: Oversee your roster and help your talent build their audience and income
- Secure Deals: Negotiate brand partnerships and bring opportunities to the table
- Build Relationships: Develop connections with brands, agencies and other industry stakeholders to keep your pipeline full
About You
- You know TikTok and Instagram inside out
- Strong communicator and natural negotiator
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- You have a good eye for talent and know how to spot it early
