About the Role
Skin Design London is looking for a commercially driven Creator Commerce & Affiliate Growth Manager to build and scale our influencer, affiliate and creator ecosystem globally.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. We are looking for someone who can generate measurable revenue through creators, affiliates and social commerce while building long-term brand partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying high-performing creators, growing our affiliate programme, negotiating partnerships, managing UGC production and turning creator content into one of our largest customer acquisition channels.
You will work closely with DTC Revenue Growth Lead/Paid Media and Founder to ensure every creator partnership contributes to profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creator & Influencer Growth
- Recruit and onboard high-converting beauty, skincare, wellness and lifestyle creators.
- Build long-term ambassador relationships.
- Manage gifting and paid collaborations.
- Develop creator campaigns for new launches and retail activations.

Affiliate Programme
- Own and scale our affiliate programme.
- Recruit top-performing affiliate partners.
- Optimise commission structures and promotional campaigns.
- Build relationships with creators who consistently drive revenue.
UGC Strategy
- Source and manage UGC creators.
- Produce a continuous pipeline of premium content for paid social, email, website and retail.
- Develop creator briefs that focus on education, trust and conversion.
Creator Commerce
- Increase revenue generated through creators and affiliates.
- Identify winning creators for paid amplification.
- Collaborate with Paid Media to scale high-performing creator content.
- Improve conversion through product page videos, landing pages and social proof.
Reporting & Analytics
- Report weekly on creator-attributed revenue, affiliate sales, conversion rates, ROI and customer acquisition.
- Identify top-performing creators and optimise investment accordingly.

Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years' experience in influencer, affiliate or creator commerce.
- Experience within premium beauty, skincare or luxury brands.
- Strong network of UK and US creators.
- Commercial mindset with proven experience driving revenue.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Experience with Shopify, affiliate platforms, influencer platforms and analytics tools.
- Passion for luxury skincare, aesthetics and wellness.
This is a unique opportunity to build a fast-growing creator commerce programme in premium skincare while working closely with the founder and team to scale Skin Design London globally.
