ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a full-time Creator Growth Strategist to work directly with creators across the Genflow portfolio. We partner with some of the world's leading creators, building, launching, managing and scaling their businesses. Our creators look to us for guidance on how to grow their followings and reach through content and their personal pages.
You'll spend your time providing direction to creators, auditing their content, and helping them level up their content strategies to drive more views, engagement and followers, all in service of growing their businesses and profiles.
If you live and breathe content, can instantly spot what makes a Reel flop, and genuinely love helping others grow their personal brand online, this role was made for you. You'll be assigned your own group of creators to support, working alongside Genflow's commercial and marketing teams. You'll learn and apply our proven systems while also bringing your own expertise and creative instincts to help creators succeed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
