The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Creator & Influencer Marketing Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day growth of OddBalls’ creator and influencer activity.

You’ll be responsible for finding great creators, building relationships, generating high-quality UGC and turning our creator network into a measurable revenue and customer acquisition channel.

Working closely with our Affiliate, Paid Social and wider Marketing teams, you’ll help us rapidly grow our creator programme while building a consistent pipeline of content that can be used across organic and paid marketing.

We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and performance-focused who wants genuine ownership of a fast-growing marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Influencer Growth

  • Proactively identify, recruit and onboard creators and influencers who are a strong fit for the OddBalls brand.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new creator opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with our highest-performing creators.
  • Manage creator outreach, communication, onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Identify emerging creators, platforms and content opportunities.
  • Continuously test different creator types, audiences and approaches.

Creator Affiliate Programme

  • Help grow and manage our creator affiliate programme through Modash.
  • Recruit creators into commission-based partnerships and actively drive creator activation.
  • Monitor creator revenue, conversions and performance.
  • Develop commission tiers and incentives that reward our strongest performers.
  • Identify creators with potential to scale and proactively develop those relationships.
  • Re-engage inactive creators and continually optimise the programme towards profitable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience using creator platforms such as Modash would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

What Success Looks Like

You'll build an increasingly large and productive network of OddBalls creators who consistently generate content, customers and revenue.

You'll know which creators are performing, which content is working and where the next growth opportunity is.

Most importantly, you won't simply manage the creator programme, you'll help drive it forward.
