Creator Manager & Business Development, focused on Social Commerce
creativehub helps creators turn their audiences into thriving businesses. We combine content, data, and technology to grow creators of every kind and sell to their followers through social commerce: drops, campaigns, and collaborations.
We're looking for a Creator Manager and Business Developer to win and grow a portfolio of creators, and drive their sales.
This is, first and foremost, a marketing and business-development job. You'll build relationships with talented, highly followed creators — musicians, designers, illustrators, photographers, visual artists, and other social creators — and grow their revenue through social commerce. You'll own commercial outcomes and work to the numbers.
You don't need to come from any particular background. What matters is commercial drive, marketing ability, a feel for social, and a genuine interest in creators and the work they make.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
