Influencer Executive Job Description:
Responsibilities (The things we do):
Description
The Influencer Executive is one of the most crucial roles at Campfire, as they’re responsible for choosing the influencers we work with on our client campaigns, which is an immense responsibility.
- They are also responsible for the communication with these influencers on behalf of the agency, and so are responsible for the reputation we have in the creator world.
- As well as this, the influencer executive will write and distribute briefs to the creators, which will dictate the content we receive back from the creators we choose to work with and amending these if they require more work.
- To conclude, the influencer executive is instrumental to getting a campaign from an idea to delivery and will be hands on along the entire campaign journey.
Daily Management to the point of clearance of the general creator collaborations inbox.
- Attending and proactively contributing in each content and rates review sessions.
- Creating and distributing influencer briefs that are in line with the client objectives, in line with Campfire’s standard of creator content and consistently achieve KPI.
- Confidently requesting rates from creators and equally confidently proposing negotiated rates following feedback from SIE/IM.
- Confidently putting together, organising and distributing influencer contracts.
- Managing product sample delivery to influencers in line with campaign timelines.
- Proactively and regularly updating influencer content calendars for your campaigns and chasing for outstanding content when necessary.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Behaviours (The style we do these things in):
Description
The way we do things across the business is with the aim to achieve a certain level in each area of the business. That level is world-class, and the areas in which to achieve these are in our process, our results and our service style. If you picture world class process, what does that look and feel like? It looks like collaboration, organisation, efficiency, no stone left unturned, and having the frame works in place to allow these things to happen. When you picture world class results, they feel like going above and beyond KPI, they feel like finding additional added value in every possible case, they look like rarely faltering from a streak of achievement. And when we picture world class service style, it looks like speedy but ultimately accurate communication, beating timelines wherever possible, thinking of the client and their results and experience first, pre-empting client questions, knowing the answers.
- Eagerness to learn, proactively looking for exposure to new challenges and experiences.
- Wanting to provide, looking for new trends, creators, news or opportunities that can be used for campaigns.
- The desire to stretch and support - managers will be busy with a lot of responsibility, at Campfire we would like our executive team to live the value of being a good person, and look if there are more ways they can support their team, which in turn would lead to an opportunity to learn more.

Communications (The Things We Say):
Description
Communication as an Influencer Executive is one of the most important parts of the role. You need to effectively communicate with creators in order to secure deliverables, negotiate rates, and to build positive relationships. Alongside this, you also need to communicate with your manager to ensure tasks are completed and any bumps that may prevent delivery are handled ahead of time.
- Communicating status updates of your tasks, either through Email, Asana, Slack or in person.
- Communicating problems ahead of time, giving enough notice for them to be rectified.
- Maintaining a level of professional communication with creators, but leaving space for personality. When we’re communicating with talent, we need to ensure it doesn’t become robotic - and that we’re representing Campfire in a positive way.
- Confidently negotiating rates with creators.
Development Ability:
The ability to teach and develop a team is not required for this role.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
