About Saint + Sofia

Saint and Sofia is a contemporary London ready-to-wear and accessories brand, digitally native and growing fast, with customers worldwide who care about style, sustainability and storytelling.

Since launching in January 2020, we’ve grown to over 500,000 customers globally. Our team holds the Investors in People Gold Award and was nominated for Employer of the Year.

At Saint and Sofia we are entrepreneurial, creative and passionate about the brand and our customers.

About the role

Saint and Sofia are looking for a Creator Marketing Executive, who will manage our creator programme end to end – from gifting and affiliate to paid partnerships – and build the plan to scale it across the UK, US and Europe.

Our creator community contributes enormously towards our performance. It drives brand awareness and trust, feeds our social and SEO content, brings new customers to the site and converts them through affiliate links and partnership ads. Long term, it builds a loyal community of brand advocates and ambassadors.

We're looking for someone who has already run a creator programme for a UK fashion or lifestyle retailer. You'll arrive with your own creator network, a clear point of view on what good looks like, and ideas for how our programme should grow as we expand into new markets.

Most of your focus will be the UK and US, where the majority of our customers are. European markets will grow as our website capability develops, and you'll help shape the plan for them.

Key responsibilities

Programme strategy and growth

  • Own the creator strategy for the UK and US, aligned to commercial targets, product launches and the marketing calendar
  • Develop our existing programme with clear criteria, rewards and progression
  • Present a 12-month scaling plan, including how and when to extend the programme into European markets
  • Track competitor and peer-brand creator activity and bring new formats, platforms and partnership models to the team

Creator recruitment and relationships

  • Identify, vet and onboard high quality new creators each month, using your existing network as well as platform discovery
  • Manage our active roster of creators a month on rotation, keeping relationships warm and personal
  • Negotiate fees, usage rights, exclusivity and commission terms for paid and affiliate partnerships
  • Build a small group of long-term ambassadors who reflect our values of creativity, sustainability, quality and fairness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • An existing network of UK creators across fashion and lifestyle, and relationships with talent agents and managers
  • Experience running creator activity in the US and European markets, or managing creators across more than one market
  • Hands-on experience with LTK, Upfluence or Meta's creator tools, and confidence using GA4 to track traffic and sales
  • Commercial judgement: comfortable negotiating fees and commission, managing a budget and reporting on return on spend
  • Strong briefing and writing skills, and a good eye for content that fits a premium brand
  • Working knowledge of ASA/CAP and FTC disclosure rules
  • Highly organised, able to run many creator relationships and campaigns at once without losing the personal touch
