Who We Are:

At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.

Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £150 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.

And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

🔑 About The Job

We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to help scale one of Omaze’s most important growth channels.

Creators sit at the heart of every Million Pound House Draw campaign, helping us acquire new customers through engaging, platform-native content that drives both brand awareness and performance marketing results. Working within the Growth team, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving a best-in-class creator programme that consistently delivers measurable commercial impact.

Working closely with the Senior Creator Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of 25–40 creator partnerships for every monthly house launch. You’ll balance multiple overlapping campaigns while ensuring creators have an exceptional experience, from initial outreach through to content delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM and Production to identify the creators, ideas and content that resonate most with our audiences. You’ll also dig into campaign and creative performance to understand what’s driving results, identify opportunities and continually improve how we work.

If you’re excited by the creator economy, love combining creative thinking with data, and enjoy testing, learning and optimising, you’ll thrive in this role.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of 25–40 creator partnerships for each monthly Million Pound House Draw launch.
  • Sourcing and evaluating creators who align with our brand, audiences and commercial objectives.
  • Managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously, ensuring a brilliant experience from outreach and briefing through to content delivery.
  • Turning consumer insights, creator trends and cultural moments into clear, inspiring creative briefs.
  • Working closely with creators to develop platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Analysing creator, creative and campaign performance to identify what’s driving results and turn those insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Testing new creators, creative approaches, hooks and formats to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Working closely with Performance Marketing to understand how creator content performs in paid media and optimise future creative accordingly.
  • Supporting creator productions, including coordinating shoot logistics and overseeing creators on set alongside senior team members.
  • Collaborating with Brand, CRM, Production and Performance Marketing to ensure creator activity supports wider campaign objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience managing multiple creator relationships, from initial outreach through to content delivery.
  • Experience supporting creator productions, including coordinating shoot logistics and overseeing creators on set.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for testing, learning and continually improving performance.
