Creator Operations Manager

100% Remote | Full-Time
US Eastern Time (ET)
Reports To: Co-Founder
Industry: UGC | eCommerce | Performance Creative

About the Company

A remote-first UGC agency working with established ecommerce brands across creator-led performance creative, paid media, creative strategy, testing, and growth.

We run a diverse creator network across categories like haircare, health, and wellness. We’re a lean, fast-moving team looking for someone organized, proactive, comfortable with a direct team culture, and who values a good sense of humor.

About the Role

Our creator network is at the core of what we do.

As Creator Operations Manager, you’ll own the creator function end-to-end — building the systems, processes, standards, and team needed to make our creator pipeline reliable and scalable.

This is a senior operations role with direct responsibility for creator performance, client delivery, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the Co-Founder and have significant ownership over the function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
