ABOUT FAIRY INC
Fairy Inc is a cultural positioning group. We help global brands earn their place with the audiences they want to reach, through strategy, content and creators. We find the alchemy between what a brand needs to say and what its audience wants to hear, reading the signals, codes and unwritten rules of culture to find the truths that scale.
We do it through two agencies. The Digital Fairy works in beauty, fashion and lifestyle with brands including Coach, Charlotte Tilbury, and On Running. PACER does the same in gender-expansive sport globally, with brands, athletes and rights-holders.
THE ROLE x YOU
We're looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to own creator delivery across a portfolio of our most significant accounts, including a major global creator programme moving into retainer.
This is a hybrid role. You'll be as comfortable shaping a casting rationale and contributing to a concept as you are holding a rate negotiation and closing a contract. Reporting to the Associate Director, Creator Partnerships, you'll own your accounts end to end, with a shared Creator Partnership Assistant supporting you day to day. It's a step up for someone currently operating at specialist or senior executive level who wants their own client and agent relationships, more say and involvement in the creative strategy, and the chance to manage and develop someone else.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Creator Strategy and Casting
- You'll own the thinking behind who we recommend on your accounts, working within the standards and methodologies set by our Associate Director.
- Leading creator strategy and casting across your accounts, building recommendations that are creatively right, commercially viable and defensible to a client
- Contributing to creative development and brainstorms, working alongside our strategy and creative teams to shape ideas rather than receive them
- Supporting on pitches and proposals where creators are a core part of the brief, building the response and presenting it where appropriate
- Keeping a strong point of view on the creator landscape, platforms, formats and emerging names, and proactively sharing profiles with the wider team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Relationships
- You'll be a genuine presence in the industry, not a name in an inbox.

- Overseeing contracting and compliance, including UK and US disclosure and labelling requirements, escalating anything that needs legal input
- Managing content end to end, including briefing, review, amends, approvals and usage tracking, holding the quality line before anything goes live
- Building strong client relationships on your accounts, including setting expectations early on availability, rates and process so we're never overpromising
- Identifying risk early and coming prepared with solutions
Measurement and Reporting

- Setting and tracking benchmarks so we know what good looks like on each client
- Using performance to shape future recommendations and to make the case for doing more.
- Identify key learnings and improvements to ways of working and processes, sharing these with the wider team and applying them to future projects.
Team
- You'll have support and you'll be expected to use it well.
- Managing the day to day workload of a shared Creator Partnership Assistant, briefing clearly, delegating properly and reviewing their output
- Feeding into their development alongside the Associate Director, who owns their reviews and progression
