Role Description
Live Nation UK are seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to oversee our work with content creators and influencers across concert touring and festivals. An exciting and brand-new role within the wider communications and marketing teams, you will cultivate relationships with a wide range of content creators, creator management companies and agencies, build creator campaign strategies, monitor content performance, and provide a resource to the wider team to drive coverage of events across social channels.

Who You Are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Substantial experience in influencer marketing, content creator strategy, and social media
- A true digital native with deep understanding of the creator economy and social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit and new platforms
- Knowledge of social and content tracking and measurement tools and methods
- Deep relationships with a wide range of content creators, creator managers, agencies and potential partners across the creator economy
- Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills

What The Role Includes
- Manage a dedicated content creator function within the Live Nation UK comms and marketing teams, providing a resource for the wider team’s campaigns across tours and festivals
- Maintain and grow a centralised network of content creators, managers, agencies, and partners, with detailed segmentation across interests and backgrounds
- Create tools and workflows for the department to monitor, measure and analyse creator content performance
- Work collaboratively with comms leads on tours and festivals to devise content creator campaigns, including organic content proposals, gifting, hosting, and media trips
- Manage content seeding on certain events, both in-house and overseeing external agencies
- Identify new creators, trends and formats to share across the communications team in real time, enabling reactive campaigns
- Work with marketing partnerships teams on creator activations for corporate sponsors at our festivals and events, including vetting proposed partner creators and developing joint proposals
- Travel as required for events, press engagements, and meetings
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
