We are recruiting a Creator Partnerships Manager - Turkish Market to join a global technology and digital media organisation, supporting the growth and development of its creator ecosystem in Turkey.
This is a highly relationship-driven role working directly with some of Turkey's most established digital creators, media organisations and content partners. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 100 creators, helping partners optimise their content strategy, grow their audiences, adopt new platform products and maximise their long-term success.
Fluent Turkish and English are essential. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of Turkish digital culture, creators and the wider social media landscape.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and develop relationships with a sizeable portfolio of creators and strategic content partners across the Turkish market.
- Use platform dashboards, channel metrics and audience insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop creator growth strategies spanning audience development, content strategy, product adoption, monetisation and emerging areas such as AI.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of digital products, measuring impact through metrics including subscriber growth, membership and monetisation.
- Act as a trusted partner to creators, handling complex queries, complaints and commercially sensitive conversations.
- Build scalable engagement programmes for a large creator community rather than managing only a small number of high-touch accounts.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across product, partnerships and other internal functions.
- Project manage virtual and in-person creator events, potentially involving 50-100 creators/influencers, coordinating third-party agencies from briefing through execution.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, agencies, broadcasters and other organisations operating within the Turkish creator ecosystem.
- Potentially travel to Turkey once or twice during the contract.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
