Creator Partnerships Strategist
Manchester (Hybrid/Remote), England, United Kingdom
Salary Range: £36,000 - £44,000
At Deviation, we know that creators aren’t just posting content without strategic thinking anymore. Creators are actively shaping culture, influencing behaviour, and driving the moments people search for. As discovery stretches across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and even into generative search, creators now sit at the heart of how presence is developed and preference earned.
Our Search Everywhere® philosophy means we don’t separate creators from brand discoverability, we integrate them. Creators power intent, presence, authority, and cultural relevance. They are a core part of how we help brands show up across the search universe.
We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Strategist to build, scale, and elevate our creator offering, driving creator-first activation, search-led content collaboration, and cross-channel visibility that moves culture and performance - allowing our brands to become the preferred option in their space.
This is a mid-tier, hands-on role for someone who knows how to build, manage and maintain creator relationships, shape high-impact campaigns, and deliver measurable results through creator-led content.
About the Role
As Creator Partnerships Strategist, you will own the mechanics of Deviation’s creator and influencer function — from strategy and sourcing, to contracting, creative alignment, and performance delivery.
You’ll be a connector across Search Everywhere® (Social, PR, and Creative) ensuring creators fuel discoverability, visibility, and cultural momentum for our clients.
You’ll build a network of go-to creators, develop deviation processes and frameworks for social-first content briefing and performance, and lead creator activations across integrated campaigns. You’ll also help shape how Deviation evolves its creator proposition as LLM search, social search, and platform algorithms continually shift how content is found.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
