TikTok now reaches 27 million people every month in Germany, and TikTok Shop climbed to 15th among all online retailers in the country within its first year on the market. Over 25,000 sellers are already active on the platform there. This Creator Project Community Manager role sits at the centre of the creator side of that growth.

You'll be the day to day point of contact for a community of creators on TikTok Shop: answering their questions, keeping them up to date on new features and sales campaigns, and resolving issues raised through tickets. Alongside that, you'll build educational presentations and host live webinars that help creators produce better content, put together simple data driven bestseller posters shared straight into creator chats, and support brand presentations that match creators with the right brand opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
