Creator Growth Strategist - Creator Agency

Our client is a fast-growing name in the creator economy, working hand-in-hand with some of the biggest names in the influencer and content space to build, launch and scale their personal brands and businesses.

As they continue to grow their portfolio of high-profile creators and entrepreneurs, they're now looking for a Creator Growth Strategist to join their team and take ownership of an assigned group of creators - guiding their content, growth and business strategy at a senior, advisory level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated strategic partner for an assigned group of creators, running regular calls to guide content and growth strategy
  • Audit creator content and performance, identifying what's working, what isn't, and where the opportunity lies
  • Advise on content and storytelling strategy around product and brand launches (from new apps to physical product lines), working closely with commercial and brand teams
  • Guide organic content strategy around upcoming commercial activity, promotions and campaigns
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to ensure organic and paid strategies are aligned
  • Provide ongoing inspiration, trend insight and content direction to a portfolio of creators

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in content strategy, coaching or growth, ideally gained within an entrepreneurial or creator-facing environment
  • Confident and credible enough to advise high-profile, high-caliber creators and have them genuinely act on your recommendations
  • Deep understanding of short-form content, platform algorithms and what drives engagement and conversion
  • Experience helping build or scale brands, products or services through a creator, influencer or entrepreneurial lens

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple relationships and conversations at once
  • A genuine passion for content and the creator economy
  • Confident operating independently while contributing to a wider team
  • Sharp instincts for what makes content work - and the ability to explain why
