About the Role

VX Media’s London office joins our New York and Shanghai headquarters in making an impact on the global creator economy across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and innovation. We are excited to welcome an experienced Talent Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of digital creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging media channels.

This role focuses on creator relationship management, growth strategy, and brand partnerships, working closely with fashion, beauty, lifestyle and innovation creators to scale their audiences and secure commercial opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong experience within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a deep understanding of digital content strategy, social media trends, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Management

  • Manage a roster of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and innovation creators, acting as their primary point of contact for commercial opportunities and career development.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with talent and provide ongoing strategic guidance.
  • Support creators in positioning their personal brand and expanding their presence across platforms.

Creator Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for managed creators, focusing on audience expansion, engagement, and long-term brand building.
  • Advise creators on content strategy, social trends, platform optimization, posting cadence, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and platform insights to identify opportunities for audience growth and content improvement.
  • Work closely with creators to identify new content formats, collaborations, and platform expansion opportunities.

Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and secure brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities for creators.
  • Negotiate deal terms, deliverables, and pricing with brands and agencies.
  • Work with internal teams and creators to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, media agencies, and marketing partners.
  • Proactively pitch creators for brand campaigns and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify new revenue streams including brand collaborations, product partnerships, and creator-led initiatives.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including briefs, deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered in line with brand expectations and platform guidelines.

Industry Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date with creator economy trends, platform updates, and emerging talent.
  • Monitor industry benchmarks for influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and the creator economy.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing content and audience growth strategies for creators in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and/or innovation verticals.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage brand partnerships or influencer campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize creator growth.
  • Curiosity and continuous proactiveness to explore new ideas in the creator economy field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of brands, agencies, or creators within the UK and EU market.
  • Experience working within a creator management agency or influencer marketing agency.
  • Experience managing creators across verticals such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, innovation, etc.
  • Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle and innovation content.

We follow a hybrid working model, with four days a week in-office.
