About Adcrate

Adcrate is a fast-growing, AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative that converts and paid media that performs. We combine data, testing, and bold ideas to drive real growth for our clients. We’re a fully remote team of strategists, video editors, and performance experts spread across the globe - agile, ambitious, and always experimenting. We move fast, stay curious, and genuinely care about doing great work.

The Role

As our Creator Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of the day to day running and continued development of our Creator function.

You’ll lead and support our Creator team, keeping visibility across sourcing, workloads, creator projects and upcoming requirements to make sure everything stays organised and moving. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy team to understand what they need from creators, help maintain a high standard of sourcing and step in when there are blockers or more complex briefs to solve. This is a hands-on leadership role. While your main focus will be leading the function and the people within it, you’ll still get involved in creator sourcing for selected priority brands, creator relationships and coordinating in-person shoots when needed.

We’re looking for someone who loves building great processes, developing people and bringing organisation to a fast-moving environment, while still having a really strong understanding of creators, UGC and performance-led content.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the Creator team, including regular 1:1s, feedback, development and day-to-day support
  • Keeping visibility across team workload and capacity, making sure work is distributed effectively and the team has the support they need
  • Overseeing creator sourcing and active creator projects across our brands, ensuring deadlines, quality and expectations are being met
  • Supporting the team with more complex briefs, difficult to source requirements, creator issues and other escalations
  • Working closely with Creative Strategists to understand upcoming creator requirements and make sure sourcing is aligned with what each brand needs
  • Maintaining a high standard of creator sourcing across the team and helping develop what “great” looks like as the function grows
  • Owning and continuously improving our creator processes, workflows and ways of working
  • Keeping oversight of our Creator Pool and internal creator tracking, ensuring information is organised, accurate and useful
  • Building a strong network of reliable, high-quality creators and identifying opportunities to continue working with top performers
  • Spotting recurring issues, gaps or bottlenecks across the creator journey and putting solutions in place
  • Keeping leadership and relevant teams updated on capacity, sourcing progress, delays and any risks or blockers
  • Remaining hands-on with creator sourcing and coordination for selected priority brands where needed
  • Coordinating in-person creator shoots, including creator selection, availability, communication and logistics
  • Supporting creator payment processes and making sure Finance has the information needed to keep payments moving
  • Helping onboard and train new Creator team members as the function continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
