About Fuse Energy

Fuse Energy is an energy startup on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system.

We've raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, 20VC, Hummingbird and Collaborative Fund, alongside strategic angels including Nico Rosberg and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber.

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About the Role

We're building our own in-house content and creative team. Unlike most companies, it won't sit inside marketing as another growth channel; it runs as its own function with one objective: to make Fuse, and the abundant future we're building, impossible to ignore. As a Creator, you own one or both of our written platforms, X and LinkedIn. Writing is its own craft, so it gets its own person: you write and post directly, shaping the founders' and the team's thinking into posts that carry how Fuse sees the world. This is where many people, from future customers to future colleagues, first meet us.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, write and post for X and LinkedIn directly
  • Shape the founders' and colleagues' thinking into sharp posts, and pull the best ideas out of the team
  • Post on your own account as well as Fuse's if you'd like
  • Come up with the written angles, and brief a graphic or clip when a post needs one
  • Own engagement on the written platforms

  • Biannual bonus scheme
  • Fully expensed tech to match your needs
  • Private health insurance
