City based International Bank seek an experienced Credit Administration Officer to complete the timely management of pre-disbursement support through to post-completion for a range of lending products made up of real estate loans but also includes SME working capital, trade finance facilities and Islamic lending.
Previous understanding of legal conveyancing would be highly desirable.
Contract Type: Permanent + Benefits + 5 days on site
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: London, City
Industry Experience: Real Estate Finance Loan/Credit Administration from International Banking or Financial Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-disbursement, Disbursement, Post completion
- Prepare in house term sheet, facility letter, addendum in a timely manner following credit approval.
- Solicit fee quotes from valuer and solicitors on panel.
- Coordinate the appointment of solicitors and valuers as chosen by client.
- Review valuation reports
- Follow up with solicitors until the legal conveyancing is completed and required documentation are executed in order as per bank’s prevailing requirement.
- Ensuring all Condition Presidents are satisfied
- Carry out the disbursement processes and booking of loan limit and collateral
- Follow up with bank solicitors for perfection of bank’s executed charge documents

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Legal conveyancing knowledge
- Credit Administration & process experience with Buy to Let (residential and commercial) & SME banking product knowledge.
- Strong understanding of credit documentation, security perfection, valuation, collateral management
