The Opportunity
Our client is a specialist infrastructure and renewable energy lender with an established lending platform across the UK and Europe. Backed by long-term institutional capital, the business provides bespoke debt solutions across a broad range of infrastructure sectors including renewable energy, energy transition, transport, utilities and digital infrastructure. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are looking to hire a Credit & Servicing Analyst to support the ongoing management and monitoring of an existing portfolio of performing project finance and infrastructure debt investments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project finance, infrastructure lending or credit risk who enjoys analysing complex transactions and wants broad exposure across the full lifecycle of infrastructure debt investments.
The Role
Working within a lean, collaborative credit team, you'll be responsible for the ongoing monitoring and management of a portfolio of infrastructure debt transactions following financial close.

You'll review financial performance, assess credit quality, analyse project finance models and support lending decisions throughout the life of each investment. The role offers regular interaction with borrowers, advisers and internal stakeholders, providing excellent exposure across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of a portfolio of infrastructure and project finance loans.
- Perform ongoing credit analysis, identifying emerging risks and changes in borrower or project performance.
- Prepare annual credit reviews, internal credit papers and recommendations for amendments, waivers and consents.
- Review and update project finance financial models, including downside and sensitivity analysis.
- Monitor covenant compliance, cash flow performance and key project milestones.
- Analyse borrower financial information, management reporting, technical reports and market developments.
- Support refinancing, restructuring and amendment processes where required.
- Liaise with borrowers, lenders, legal advisers, technical consultants and other external stakeholders.
- Prepare portfolio reporting and credit updates for senior management and investment committees.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and support the onboarding of new lending opportunities where appropriate.

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates from backgrounds including:

You'll ideally have experience of:
- Analysing project finance or infrastructure debt transactions.
- Reviewing project finance financial models and undertaking cash flow and sensitivity analysis.
- Preparing credit papers, investment memoranda or credit committee papers.
- Understanding project finance structures, loan documentation and key credit risk drivers.
- Working with borrowers, legal advisers, technical consultants and financing counterparties.
- Managing multiple live transactions while producing high-quality analytical work.
