Let Us Tell You a Bit About The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Analyst to join our growing specialist property lending team. Working closely with our Credit Managers, you'll play a key role in driving deals from application through to completion, liaising with brokers, borrowers, solicitors, valuers and asset managers while supporting lending decisions on a diverse range of property finance transactions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to complex bridging, refurbishment and buy-to-let lending while developing your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What will your day look like?
- Support Credit Managers throughout the entire loan lifecycle, from application to completion.
- Review credit searches, assess key information and help prepare lending recommendations.
- Coordinate with valuers, solicitors and asset managers to keep transactions progressing smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and borrowers, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Prepare approval documentation and support lending decisions on a range of property finance cases.
- Monitor live cases, manage key milestones and help drive timely completions and repayments.

What do we expect from you?
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys taking ownership of cases from start to finish. You'll be organised, commercially minded and passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers and stakeholders alike.
- Experience within lending, credit, underwriting or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and assess complex information.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-focused and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for specialist property finance, lending and credit risk management.
