What Will You Be Doing?
Main Responsibilities Of The Role Will Include
- Chasing Aftersales debt daily via telephone and email
- Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control policy
- Sending weekly/monthly statements for allocated debtor accounts
- Completing daily cash allocation for allocated sites
- Responding to Credit Control mailbox emails received
- Preparing and sending site queries to managers
- Participating in weekly meetings to discuss debt with management team
- Liaising with other departments for additional support chasing debts
- Building and maintaining relationships with external customers to aid debt recovery
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm.
Who Are We Looking for?
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Strong Excel/Data Inputting skills
- A proactive and driven attitude
- Natural problem solving skills
- The ability to multitask
- An excellent eye for detail.
- A positive, right first time attitude
- A team player mentality
