Job Description
We're looking for a Credit Control Administrator to support the Finance team with key administrative functions, enabling the whole team to work efficiently and effectively so that we can continue to offer excellent client service.
The role
As a Credit Control Administrator, you'll work under the direction of the Credit Control Team Leader, assisting with a broad range of administrative and financial tasks including the daily bank run, matching expense receipts to claim forms, and gathering signatures for the twice-daily payment run. Based in our Nottingham office, you'll be part of a firm that has always worked across business and society, championing fairness, making the complex simple, and forging connections to find creative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with the monthly production and distribution of client statements, compiling and sending client copy invoices, and supporting the production and logging of credit control chase letters.
- Opening and managing the team's daily post and joint email correspondence, and preparing schedules for the daily Experian credit checking process.
- Reconciling accounts payable information to invoices, maintaining schedules of levels of work carried out, and assisting with team filing and scanning.
