Who We Are

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands, at Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Within our collections team, you'll provide key support with a range of administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Reporting to the Collections Manager, you'll respond to emails and calls from customers and colleagues, helping with queries like changing direct debit details or setting up payment plans. You'll also support with larger tasks such as processing retail direct debits and refunds.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance at our Newbury office.

  • Manage customer communications and provide updates to ensure all parties are informed about the status of their queries
  • Accurately allocate incoming funds to the appropriate accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with customers through friendly phone and email contact
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure contractual processes are followed consistently and effectively.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with previous administrative experience, ideally gained within a corporate office environment. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. With a proactive approach and strong communication skills, you'll enjoy building positive relationships with customers and colleagues and take pride in supporting an efficient credit control operation.
