The Role:
We are hugely excited to offer you an opportunity to join our team as a credit control assistant. This is a part time temporary role to cover maternity leave based in our busy call centre in Ely. This is a busy and sometimes a challenging role that will require good negotiation skills to get customers back on track with their payments.

What does the role include:
- Resolving accounts in the best interest of the company.
- To always seek resolutions in a professional and ethical manner.
- To offer excellent customer service even in difficult customer scenarios.
- Processing payment for rental accounts
- Setting up payment plans
- Resolving account queries
- Working to targets
- Working on admin to retrieve debt payments
- Processing payment for rental accounts
- Setting up Direct Debits
- Inbound & outbound calls
What skills and Experience are required:
- Ability to deal with conflict or difficult customers on the phone.
- Computer Literate.
- Good communication & Negotiation skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Work well as a team and individually.

To be successful, you must have a friendly personality, be willing to take on a variety of tasks, and be able to work as a part of a flexible team. It's important that you enjoy offering great service. Suitable candidates will be able to meet targets and possess relevant computer skills.
Full training will be given, with opportunities to continue to gain specialist knowledge, but experience with office applications is preferable. We are a company that values our staff and their work/life balance and therefore are happy to discuss flexible working opportunities.
