MCS Group is pleased to partner with a global organisation based in Dunmurry they are seeking a talented Credit Control Assistant to join their dynamic team as they continue to expand.

The Company:

Our client is a global manufacturing business based in the greater Belfast area, with multiple offices across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. As a market leader within its sector, the company manufactures a diverse range of products for a global customer base.

This is an exciting time to join the Belfast finance function as they look to appoint a Credit Controller. The successful candidate will play an important role within the finance team, taking responsibility for managing customer accounts, ensuring outstanding balances are collected efficiently and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the business.

The Rewards:

As the successful Credit Control Assistant, you will receive:

  • Salary: £27,000-28,000
  • Hybrid working
  • Flexible working hours

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Cash postings - post daily cash receipts
  • Respond to client queries and advise on repayment options
  • Debt recovery
  • Customer support - additional queries
  • Any other duties outlined on the job description

The Person:

The successful Credit Control Assistant you will meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance or credit control environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
