Credit Control Manager – Join Our Team at FläktGroup UK
📍 Hereford | 🏢 Office Based
At FläktGroup, we’re looking for a Credit Control Manager based in Hereford to assist the Accounts Department in the monthly reporting on Aged Receivables position and Intercompany accounts. This role plays a key part in monitoring the risk exposure of the business with both new and existing customers and completes corresponding banking journals. Alongside managing and acting as the main point of contact for support for the Credit Control team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reconciling debtor ledgers.
- Lead, support and manage a team of three and promote best practice within the team.
- Preparing dispute monitoring reports and Aged Receivable reports as required and using them to help target and monitor the progress.
- Ensuring credit checks are maintained on both existing and new customers by liaising closely with the management Accounting team where necessary.
- Processing non payment cases to debt collection.
- Adhering to group targets re DSO and report on variances accordingly.
- Collaborating with the wider finance team to ensure facilitation of cash collection.
- Recording and reporting to the Finance Director and Senior Management team when required.
- Any other adhoc duties deemed to be fitting within the role as and when they arise.

What You Bring
- A good level of education
- Previous experience within a similar role
- A minimum of 5 years’ administration and/or credit control experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
