About the Role

We're building a Finance function that's genuinely fit for a digitally transformed, high-growth security business, and this role sits at the centre of that build. This is a temporary contract, initially 3 months, with a likelihood of extending on a rolling monthly basis. You'll lead a team of Credit Controllers, own day-to-day ledger allocation, and drive the collections and DSO performance that keeps our cash flow healthy. You'll also act as first point of escalation for complex client, Service Partner and insolvency matters, balancing hands-on credit control work with genuine people leadership.

We're advertising this as a full-time Monday to Friday role, but we're open to discussing flexible working hours or days for the right candidate, salary would be pro-rated accordingly.

What You Get

  • Salary of £40,000 per annum (pro rata) approx. £10,000 for the initial 3-month contract
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility on hours/days open for discussion
  • Hybrid working - Head Office (Kirby Street, London), with fortnightly collaboration days in the office
  • Auto-enrolment into our salary sacrifice pension scheme, 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Programme, and a voluntary health cash scheme starting at £1 per week
  • Regular TKC social events and team days
  • Opportunity to make a real difference and work alongside people who share a passion for what they do!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
