Your new company
A well-established organisation based in Gloucestershire is seeking a Credit Controller to join their finance team on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive business during a busy period.
Your new role
As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and supporting the collection of outstanding debt. Key duties will include:
- Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate customer account records
- Resolving invoice and payment queries
- Allocating incoming payments
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Supporting month-end reporting where required

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
