Camino Partners are partnering with a global workforce solutions business to appoint an Interim Credit Controller on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
The business supports organisations across multiple international markets with contractor management, payroll and workforce solutions, resulting in a high-volume, fast-paced finance environment. Due to an increase in activity, they are looking to bring in an experienced Credit Controller to support a key finance project focused on reducing aged debt, improving cash collection and strengthening the sales ledger.
Working alongside the existing finance team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively chasing outstanding debt, resolving invoice queries and ensuring accurate account reconciliations. You'll play a key role in helping clear historical backlog, improve cash flow and support the smooth running of the wider finance function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
