Join a Business That's Helping to Protect the Planet

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a growing, environmentally focused business where safety is at the heart of everything we do.

At Olleco, we're on a mission to help protect the planet. Working alongside thousands of food service businesses across the UK, we help reduce greenhouse gas emissions by collecting used cooking oil and organic waste and transforming it into valuable renewable resources such as bio-methane, electricity, heat, and organic fertiliser.

With over 700 colleagues nationwide, we continue to grow and are now looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team based in Northampton.

The Role

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department by ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner. This is a fully site-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Northampton office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
