Company Description

Saica Group offers sustainable paper solutions for the manufacture of corrugated board and flexible packaging, promoting circularity in waste management. With more than 12,000 employees and a presence in 11 countries (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Turkey, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United States), Saica Group has four business lines: the production of recycled paper for corrugated cardboard (Saica Paper), waste management and environmental services (Saica Natur), the production of corrugated board packaging (Saica Pack), and flexible packaging (Saica Flex).

Job Description

As an FSSC contact you will build in depth knowledge and relationships with both external and internal customers. The successful applicant will be a confident, proactive, hardworking individual with the ability to collaborate confidentially at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Chase payment for aged debt from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methods
  • Allocate and reconcile cash to multi currency debtor accounts
  • Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system and system and communicated to regional contacts
  • Liaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/ account issues
  • Effectively manage workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection
  • Produce and distribute reporting packs with specified deadlines
  • Working as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast paced finance environment
  • Open minded to flexible ways of working and able to adapt new processes and procedures
  • Good excel skills required
  • SAP experience preferred
