Job: Credit Controller

Job Description: As an FSSC contact you will build in-depth knowledge and relationships with both external and internal customers. The successful applicant will be a confident, proactive, hardworking individual with the ability to collaborate confidentially at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Chase payment for aged debt from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methods
  • Allocate and reconcile cash to multi-currency debtor accounts
  • Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system and communicated to regional contacts
  • Liaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/account issues
  • Effectively manage workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection
  • Produce and distribute reporting packs with specified deadlines
  • Working as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast-paced finance environment
  • Open-minded to flexible ways of working and able to adapt new processes and procedures
  • Good Excel skills required
  • SAP experience preferred
