About the Role
As a Credit Controller, you'll manage the day-to-day credit control processes, ensuring payments are received on time and customer accounts are maintained accurately. Your role will help to keep the company's finances running smoothly and support the accounting team.

A well-established business within the Technology sector is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join its growing finance team. The organisation supports customers across the UK and has built a strong reputation for service quality, innovation, and employee development.
Description
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or customer queries.
- Prepare and issue regular statements and reminder letters to clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Generate reports on outstanding debts and provide updates to management.

Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position with long-term stability.
