B2C Credit Controller

High Net Worth Finance | London | £15 - £18ph | Temporary, Ongoing

Radley Green is working with a well-established finance business that specialises in serving high net worth individuals, to recruit an experienced B2C Credit Controller on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a credit control professional to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment, working directly with a sophisticated and high-value client base.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of consumer (B2C) accounts, proactively chasing outstanding payments via phone, email and written correspondence
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with high net worth clients, handling sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve queries or disputes in a timely, customer-focused manner
  • Accurately maintain account records and update internal systems with call notes and payment statuses
  • Escalate overdue or at-risk accounts in line with company policy
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing or account queries efficiently
  • Report on aged debt and collection performance as required

About You

  • Proven experience in B2C credit control is essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement for the role
  • Confident, professional communication skills, with the ability to deal sensitively with high net worth clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solutions-focused approach to resolving outstanding balances
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a busy caseload
  • Immediately available or on a short notice period (ideal for this ongoing temporary role)
