Credit Control Specialist

As a Credit Control specialist in London, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining the company's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. This temporary role in the industrial and manufacturing sector requires a hands-on approach to resolving account queries and keeping things running smoothly.

Description

  • Monitor and manage outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Contact clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies effectively.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on aged debt and cash collection progress.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve account-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Handle client communications professionally to support smooth credit control processes.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.

A Successful Credit Control Specialist Should Have
