We are looking for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller & Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable and credit control, along with managing warranties with manufacturers.

The Role / Responsibilities
- Credit control including debt chasing
- Banking including allocating BACS receipts
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit searches
- Opening new accounts
- Dealing with product warranties liaising with customer and supplier
- General office administration
What We’re Looking For
- Previous credit control and administrator experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Good IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail

Desirable Experience
- Experience within garage doors, construction, home improvements or trade-related industries
- Sage 200 experience desirable but training will be provided
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5:00pm
