$60,000 AUD + Commission

Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm

Are you looking to kick-start your career in finance and secure a Credit Control position where full training and development will be provided?

At Business Show Media, we run some of the world’s largest and most successful B2B events, exhibitions, and business publications, connecting entrepreneurs and companies across the globe. With international events, ambitious growth plans, and a fast-paced sales environment, there has never been a more exciting time to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and driven individual to join our Sydney office as a Credit Controller. No previous Credit Control experience is necessary, we will provide full training and ongoing development.

You’ll report directly into our Credit Manager, based in the UK, giving you the opportunity to work within an international finance function and gain valuable exposure to global credit control and account management processes.

We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, strong communication skills, and the ambition to build a successful career within a thriving international business.

The Role

  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts
  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Building strong and professional relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the sales and finance teams in Australia and the UK
  • Reporting into and supporting the UK-based Credit Manager
  • Supporting cash flow and account management processes
  • Maintaining accurate customer account records
  • Following up on overdue invoices and resolving payment queries
  • Working towards individual and team targets

Previous experience within Credit Control, invoicing, finance administration, accounts, sales administration, or customer service would be a bonus, but is absolutely not essential as full training will be provided.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is driven, confident, resilient, and keen to develop a career within finance.
