About Us

We're a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing company delivering exciting events in the health and fitness sector. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences and building a business with purpose. As we expand, we're looking for a Credit Controller to support our finance function and help keep our cash collection and customer accounts running smoothly.

Role Overview

This is a varied and hands-on role for someone confident, proactive, and highly organised. As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments, and minimising bad debt, working closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team to keep our cash flow healthy.

We welcome applications from people who are highly numeric, have a great attitude and are strong communicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Collection: Proactively chase outstanding invoices by phone and email to ensure prompt payment from customers.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any invoice queries or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Aged Debt Reporting: Prepare and maintain aged debt reports, escalating overdue accounts where necessary.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure customer accounts and payment postings on Xero are accurate and up to date.
  • Query Resolution: Liaise with internal teams (events, sales, finance) to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Process Improvement: Help improve and streamline credit control processes as the company grows.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to the finance team and business as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
