Job Title: Credit Controller
Company Overview
We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy and growing property management group based in North West London.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and pursue outstanding rent and other property-related arrears.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.
- Contact tenants and other relevant parties regarding overdue balances.
- Monitor rent accounts and follow up promptly on missed or late payments.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Allocate incoming payments accurately and ensure account records are kept up to date.
- Produce and review aged debt reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity and correspondence.
- Liaise with property management, accounts, and other internal teams.
- Monitor payment arrangements and ensure agreed commitments are maintained.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller, with essential experience within the property sector.
- Strong experience managing rent arrears and property-related debt.
- Excellent understanding of credit control processes and account reconciliation.
- Confident and persistent approach to chasing outstanding payments.
- Experience using property management or accounting systems would be advantageous.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded, and confident communicating with tenants, clients, and internal teams. Previous experience within the property sector is essential.
