Summary
• Our client, a leading luxury health, fitness and wellness business based in Mayfair, is looking for a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a temporary contract.
• They are seeking an experienced credit professional with a proven track record of managing collections, reducing aged debt, and maintaining excellent relationships with members and corporate clients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a prestigious health, fitness and wellness business based in Mayfair. The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer and member accounts, collecting outstanding payments, resolving account queries, and supporting the finance team to ensure effective cash flow management.

Main Duties
You will be responsible for a range of credit control activities, including:
• Chasing outstanding payments, membership fees and overdue balances
• Cleaning and maintaining accurate customer and membership data
• Reconciling accounts and resolving billing discrepancies
• Investigating and resolving payment and membership queries
• Supporting cash collection activities and aged debt reporting
The Successful Candidate
• Previous experience working as a Credit Controller or within Accounts Receivable
• Experience handling membership payments, subscriptions, renewals or recurring billing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and members
