To help fuel that growth, we need a Credit Hire Handler to join our Claims UK team.

What You'll Do
- Manage your own caseload of third party credit hire claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
- Liaise directly with clients, claimants, and third parties to progress cases efficiently.
- Handle quantum disputes and advise on liability issue.
- Review payment packs and have knowledge of verify and being able to confidently use verify.
- Identify and refer fraudulent activity and questionable underwriting.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (2+ years) handling motor-related credit hire claims from inception through to settlement.
- Familiarity with Verify and being able to review a payment pack.
- Technical knowledge of UK motor insurance coverages, civil procedure law, including the claims process and litigation framework.
- Deep understanding of indemnity, liability assessment, and quantum calculation/estimation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent Prima.
- Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable working in a growing / scale-up business environment.
