About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to join our fast-paced team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. This is a temporary position for an initial period of three months, with an immediate start required. The successful candidate will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining credit and data analysis, providing insightful reporting across the organization. The role involves leading credit risk analytics, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and proactively monitoring potential risks to safeguard the company's financial interests. The Credit Risk Analyst will analyze financial statements, credit histories, and other relevant data to make informed recommendations on credit limits and adjustments. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in credit risk analysis, demonstrating a solid understanding of credit evaluation processes and risk mitigation strategies. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential to interpret complex financial data accurately. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with proficient presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations. A degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications or training in credit risk management. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop analytics and reporting functions related to credit risk management across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and data sharing.
  • Monitor credit exposures and identify potential risks proactively, initiating reports and analyses as needed.
  • Review financial statements, credit histories, and other relevant data to assess individual and group creditworthiness.
  • Make informed recommendations regarding credit limits, adjustments, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure credit policies are adhered to and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses as required to support strategic decision-making.
