Job Title: Credit Risk Analyst
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000
Benefits: Excellent company benefits package
Location: Hatfield
Hours: Monday–Friday

Purpose of the role
We're looking for a bright, analytical individual to join an established Credit Risk team. You'll use financial and customer data to identify trends, monitor risk and support commercial decision-making, alongside producing reports and helping improve processes through BI, automation and technology.

What you'll be doing
- Analysing customer portfolios, financial information and payment history.
- Monitoring credit exposure and identifying changes or potential risks.
- Producing reports, KPIs and analysis to support business decisions.
- Using Excel, BI and technology to improve reporting and processes.
- Working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business.
- Supporting ongoing improvements within the Credit Risk function.

What we're looking for
- A Finance, Economics, Business or related degree would be ideal.
- Around 1–2 years' experience within Finance, Credit, Risk or an analytical role.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, naturally inquisitive and confident working with numbers.
- Keen to learn and develop within Credit Risk.
