- The UK’s newest unicorns, with a team of over 700 people
- Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK
- Profitable since 2017
- Backed by top investors, including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs
- Loved by customers (4.9 average rating across 10,000+ Trustpilot reviews)
So far, we’ve rebuilt Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards, and car finance. We get money into customers’ hands minutes, not days.
We’re growing quickly and looking to dominate two of the Western world's biggest financial markets (UK & US), where trillions of financial products are trapped in outdated bank systems.
Why Join Lendable?
Take ownership and make decisions that drive material impact from day 1 Work in small, exceptional teams that solve problems with resourceful ingenuity Build best-in-class technology using cutting-edge data, machine learning, and AI

This is a foundational hire. To succeed, you’ll need:
- Years of secured lending expertise
- Hands-on experience in underwriting, risk pricing, and automated decisioning
- A passion for building, not maintaining, a groundbreaking product

- Lead IRR/NPV/cashflow analysis to refine investment economics

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
