Job Description

To manage a portfolio of Counterparty Credit Risks associated with lending, trading and investing activities with a particular focus on Oil & Gas. This includes assessing and managing risk across the value chain, from vanilla lending to complex structures and transactions. The role is based in London, and the successful incumbent must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required

  • 4-7 years experience and well-developed knowledge of financial markets, the global economy and appropriate regional geographies in which the portfolio operates.
  • 4-7 years experience and good understanding of vanilla lending, structured and derivative products and facilities that give rise to counterparty credit risks, including the documentation required/presented to manage that risk.
  • 4-7 years experience and thorough conceptual and practical knowledge of credit procedures, policies and standards, as well as a thorough understanding of products and facilities that give rise to counterparty credit risk. Understanding of Basel and broader regulatory and compliance requirements.
