About The Role

Credit Risk MI Manager — Shape Credit Risk Insight at HomeServe Finance

London (Hybrid) | Up to £80,000 + 20% Bonus + Company Car or £7,000 Car Allowance

At HomeServe Finance, we help homeowners spread the cost of making improvements to their homes through responsible and regulated lending solutions. As part of the wider HomeServe Group, we’re growing a business that helps customers make their homes more efficient, sustainable and affordable to run.

We’re now looking for a Credit Risk MI Manager who can turn complex data into clear, practical insight. Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk, you’ll help us understand portfolio performance, spot emerging risks and give senior stakeholders the confidence to make well-informed decisions.

This is a hands-on role with real influence, combining technical MI delivery with commercial insight and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Turning credit risk data into clear, useful MI and insight.
  • Analysing portfolio performance, arrears, defaults and recoveries to identify trends and emerging risks.
  • Producing high-quality reporting that supports senior stakeholders and informs business decisions.
  • Improving reporting processes, automation and data quality to make MI more accurate, efficient and valuable.
  • Helping the business identify opportunities to strengthen performance, manage risk and improve customer outcomes.
  • Working closely with colleagues across Credit Risk, Finance, Product, Operations and Technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
